Not a 400 mount July 16, 2011

This product is grossly misnamed, using the 400 for no good reason other than to mislead  I was looking to attached a vesa 400 to a vest 200 mount.  I searched online and one reseller indicated that this was a 200 to 400 plate.  You don't provide much of a descripton and no specs of the overall size.  now I have a useless small plate that cost me as much to ship to me as the purchase price both wasted.    Thanks for nothing
