Changing or Canceling Your Order

Report Order Problem
If your order is missing a product, contains a wrong item, or other concern, please contact Zagall within 14 days from invoice date by email us or request RMA number online. To expedite your request, please have your order number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
· Limited 2 Months(60 days) warranty from the date of order for Power Supplies, Mice, Hubs, Card Readers, Keyboards, Adapter, Speakers, Coolers, Phones and all computer accessories.
· Limited 180 days (6 Months) warranty for External Enclosures.
· Limited 1 Month (30 days) warranty from the date of order for Computer Cases.
· All Internal Drives (Hard Drive, Optical Drive), Monitors, Motherboards, CPUs, VGA cards carry manufacture warranty only.

Exchange Policy (for incorrect item received only)
If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item through our online Returns Center (15% restocking fee) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.
